Théry Hindrick is simply the equipment manufacturer for this range of traffic lights. The polycarbonate houses are designed by Swarco-Futurit, a major Austrian traffic light manufacturer. Entirely made of plastic, it constitutes the low end of Théry Hindrick traffc lights.

P.L. traffic lights have been widely installed with a contrast frame in the Lille region, mainly on a polyester mast reinforced with fiberglass.

They were also used as temporary traffic lights by the city of Paris.
