This is a model of repeater, specially made by the city of Paris. It's a similar model of this one used since 1950s in Paris.
They have LED sources made by Swarco, ECI, SER and JP Vezon.
The second version, since 2015, have short visors and new lenses.
It is used only in Paris, but some repeater are also installed in Chateauroux.
