This totem-traffic light was designed by designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte for the Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris. As such, it was marketed by the street furniture manufacturer JCDecaux.

It was originally equipped with fluorescent tube light sources, but is gradually being converted to LED.

It was then taken over by the manufacturer Garbarini Fareco who still markets it. A low-cost version, without the signature of the designer Wilmotte is also marketed under the name Feux de Seine.
