Microprocessor controller designed in the late 1970s in association with the manufacturer Garbarini (where it was marketed as TAG). Garbarini designed the controller while Omera designed the software.
It was tested in 1978 by the city of Paris, which chose it with two other competing models to install its first microprocessor controllers. 150 copies will be in service in the capital, the last of which was deposited in March 2017.

The company of optics, mechanics, electricity and radio (OMERA), was founded in 1949 by an engineer from the field of radio equipment for aircraft and boats.
In 1959, the TRT company took control of OMERA up to 70%, then acquired the remaining 30% in 1969.
In 1978, the TRT road traffic activity was transferred to OMERA, which would continue to exploit the research and development work provided by TRT since 1967.
OMERA then developed the OCTM32 intersection controller (named TAG at Garbarini), with microprocessor in collaboration with the manufacturer Garbarini (150 units made on behalf of the city of Paris).
OMERA's signaling activity was acquired in 1985 by Silec, but the OCTM32 controller continued to be marketed by Garbarini until 1990.
