It was used in Paris, and in the Paris area (Garches, St Cloud...).
USCT
USCT is a microprocessor traffic controller made by EMD in the middle of the 1970s.
It was tested by the city of Paris in 1976, but it was abandoned.

Electronique Marcel Dassault (EMD), renamed Electronique Serge Dassault, and after Dassault Electronique, is a profesionnel electronic factory specialized in aviation and telecommunication. It was absorbed by Thomson-CSF in 1998.
During the 1970s, EMD made traffic controllers, in static electronic and microprocessor, installed in several French cities : Paris, Saint Cloud, Hossegor, Lille, Epinal.
